Best time for Annapurna Base Camp trek in dry season from October to May, worse time is monsoon season from Jun to September. The first two months of dry season October to November, offer best weather to go there. The air, freshly washed by monsoon rains, is crystal clear, mountain scenery is suburb and weather are still comfortably warm.

From December to February are a good month for trekking in the Himalayan region. But cold can be better and dangerous for high-altitude sickness.

In March and April, weather has been drying for a long time and dusty is starting hanging in the air which affects visibility. The poor quality of Himalayan views is compensated by superb wildflower.

From Jun to September trail can be more slippery due to monsoon rain and raging, river and streams often wash away bridge and stretches of trail.
