You are courteously notified that the registration for 102nd Lion International convention, going to be held from July 05 to July 09, 2019 in Milan, Italy, is open from this date line.

1. Requirement:

Full Name, Post, Club Name and number, membership number, if the spouse/children are travelling with you (with registration or without) their full name, MRP passport scan copy/ passport details of all and e-mail address with contact number and send us the deposit slip along with registration form.

Registration Cancellation:
All Lions are requested to send mail for their registration cancellation before deadline (01st May, 2019). Each registration cancellation will be assessed a $10.00 processing.
NOTE: All the registration process will go through the Multiple Council.

Europe Tour Package :

(Switzerland, France, Belgium- Netherlands, Germany & Italy)

Day 01: Kathmandu- Fly to Zurich airport, Collect group from Zurich Airport, then transferred to Hotel. Visit in and around Zurich, Utliberg, Switzerland, (Overnight in Zurich- Switzerland)

Day 02: Switzerland: Visit Lucerne, Boat ride in Lake Lucerne, then Mountain train to Rigi or Visit Lion Monument in Lucerne, Cathedral, and Rhine Fall. Overnight Switzerland (Near Basel or other place)

Day 03: Switzerland Drive to France, Paris or somewhere else (Overnight in France)

Day 04: rance tour in Paris- Eiffel Tower & other places (Overnight in France)

Day 05: France- Seine River Cruise- drive to Brussels – Day Tour, then Drive to Amsterdam, (Netherlands Overnight)

Day 06: Netherlands- drive to Germany- Overnight in Germany- Frankfurt (Germany)

Day 07: Visit Germany- Day Tour in Frankfurt, then Visit - Black Forest & more (Overnight in Germany)

Day 08: Germany – Day Tour- Drive to Milan- via Switzerland. (Overnight in Milan)

Day 09: Milan- Convention Registration – Visit Milan International Lions Convention Central. (Overnight in Milan)

Day 10: Milan – Day tour - Visit Milan Cathedral, other Monuments, Evening Back to Milan Hotel. Then drive to Florence- Pisa- Leaning tower- Back to Milan (Overnight in Milan)

Day 11:  Milan- Tour Florence, the City of Arts and Culture, One the way, we will Visit Bologna. (Overnight in Florence)

Day 12:  Florence Tour- then drive to Pisa for the Leaning Tower Excursion, then drive back to Milan (Overnight in Milan)

Day 13: Milan- Convention Centre Visit- Back to Milan

Day 14: Milan- Departure for our onward Journey

 For the Visa Check List:

• Valid Passport
• Personal Bank Statement (with Balance Minimum 8 lakhs to 15 Lakhs) 3 to 6 months period (No bank Balance Certificate)
• Recent 3 copies of Passport sized Photographs with white background
• International Travel insurance (We provide)
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Your personal Business Registration papers, PAN, relationship certificates & other relevant property papers
• Leave Letter, No Objection letter from your Business Form or Job
• Personal Visa Application Letter (We provide)
• Electronic Visa Application Form with Visa fees (We provide)
• Travel Itinerary (We provide)
• Confirmed Hotel Bookings (We provide)
• Flight Bookings (We provide)

Note:  We need Rs. 45,000.00 in advance for all process of Visa Applications, Hotel Bookings, Travel insurance and other bookings). This amount will be deducted from the Total Tour cost after the Visa declaration. If incase of Visa rejection, we will refund this amount after deducting the certain expenses.
